Winter style is simpler when every piece earns its place. Cold Weather Men focuses on versatile layers you can wear across the season—at home, in the city, and on the move. Because we work only with premium deadstock fabrics, each drop has its own character: weight, texture, and drape vary, and quantities stay intentionally small. That’s the point—less noise, more meaning. Choose a clean base layer, add an insulating mid-layer, and finish with an outer layer that gives you room to move. Use the size guide to compare measurements with a piece you already own (shoulder, chest, sleeve, length), and you’ll get a fit that feels right from day one.

For jackets, overshirts, and heavier tops, the shoulder seam should sit close to the natural shoulder line, with enough room in the chest to move comfortably. If you plan to layer a knit or hoodie underneath, choose the size that gives you a clean fit without pulling across the chest.
If you’ll wear the piece over a knit, hoodie, or thicker base layer, sizing up can help—especially for outer layers. If you want a sharper, closer fit (for example under a coat), stay true to size and layer
with lighter knits.

descriptions and fabric notes are the best guide for each piece.
A shirt jacket/overshirt is ideal as a mid-layer (or as an outer layer in mild winter). A coat is your outermost layer for colder days. If you want one “do-it-all” piece, start with an overshirt or shirt jacket that works both indoors and outdoors.
Humans & Land tends to favor clean, wearable shapes rather than extreme slim fits. Each product page includes measurements so you can compare to a piece you already own (chest width, shoulder, sleeve, length) and choose the fit you want.
Measure a similar garment you already love and compare it to the product’s measurements. For tops, prioritize chest and shoulder; for outer layers, also check sleeve length and overall length for your height and layering preference.
Deadstock means the fabric already existed—often originally made for luxury fashion houses—and is rescued from going unused. The feel and weight can vary by drop, which is why each piece is limited edition and described with specific fabric notes.
Most runs are very small (often just a few pieces per size). When a fabric is gone, that exact piece can’t be repeated—so if you see your size available, it’s worth moving quickly.
